Control System


The control system is the electronic management of the equipment assembly and machines. The forming cycles are done by automated technical control and monitored, with fault display and interlocks requiring action to be taken

Control systems are available depending on the application as attachments or integrated models with manual or electronic pressure pre-selection

The "Quick-Step" electronic limitation of the feed stroke, which is the simplest control module, eliminates downtimes and has its application in the design of special machines.

The technical working and control cycles are automated and monitored to the extent that the operator can devote his entire concentration to the loading process.

Basic Control System (P100)

  • Light spot operator guidance by sequence control
  • Machine can be set-up by dialling a set-up code
  • Digital setting of the riveting time and pressure display
  • Piece counter that optionally counts in ascending or descending order with a programmed batch size stop
  • Counter for hours of operation
  • Key code for the data interlock

  • Connection for BK peripheral equipment such as transfer table, sliding table safety devices, etc.
  • SC basic with the option of an update
  • Basic control system twinned with manual depth stop

Extended Basic Control System (P101/P102)

  • Program memory for up to 20 different riveting points, of which 12 are capable of being linked with each other in any sequence whatsoever.
  • The "Teach-in Function"
  • Electronic depth stop with detection device that can also be applied as a programmable Z axis
  • Electronically controlled pressure pre-selection
  • Quality Assurance and Process Reliability module
  • Monitoring function with fault display and interlock operation requiring action to be taken

Device Control Systems

As console, extension or built-in modules

  • Control system in analogue design of the extended version with additional integrated emergency stop loop
  • Capable of being externally controlled


For the extended control system and for the controlling of other devices

  • Interface for the transfer of data
